I started growing edible mushrooms through my interest in gardening and background in mycology. My aim is to make exotic mushroom cultivation available to all. Mushrooms can be grown all year round indoors or enjoyed seasonally from the garden. They provide an exotic blend of flavours and textures that can also have excellent nutritional and health giving properties. Mushroom cultivation is known from the Sung Dynasty in China (960-1127AD). It is now rapidly evolving using new techniques with new species being cultivated from around the world.

I specialise in wood mushrooms and my main range is fruited on hardwood in its various forms (from toilet rolls to tree trunks!). I also have many other mushrooms and supplies sourced from around the world.

The prices cover shipping within mainland UK.  For deliveries to UK islands we may need to charge extra and will then contact you about any additional cost.  For orders to Europe including Eire we will contact you.  I am sorry we cannot supply outside Europe.
